My classes are like a magical yoga buffet, serving up everything from beginner's basics to the zen-like serenity of deep meditation.

And there's more! I also offer sound healing as a beautiful, stand-alone experience for anyone seeking stillness, balance, and a little energetic TLC. Whether you're deep into your wellness journey or just fancy a moment of calm, sound healing invites you to simply lie back, get cosy, and soak up the blissful tones of gongs, singing bowls, and other vibrational goodies. It’s the perfect way to reset your nervous system, no yoga mat required.

A good warm up to begin with, before moving into the main poses for which I found myself not even noticing others in the room and just an odd feeling of focusing on myself. I struggled to keep my eyes open and didn’t need to for large parts as the instructions were so good and easy to decipher and visualise.There was no pressure to perform or hold poses fully or for longer than was comfortable and the hour flew by. I left feeling light, stretch and rejuvinated. The following morning I woke up without the usual stifness and cracking in my back and neck.
