Welcome to La Lune Yoga & Wellness

Hey, I’m Andrianna — your friendly neighbourhood yoga and sound healing practitioner, based in the beautiful town of Stamford, Lincolnshire. I’m here to help you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect — with your body, your mind, and that calm, steady space within.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, craving some proper rest, or ready to step away from the busyness of everyday life, you’re very welcome here.

Yoga Classes

My yoga classes are small, friendly and intentionally limited to just 8 people per class. This keeps the space supportive and relaxed, and allows me to offer personal guidance so you feel truly looked after.

I teach beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga, designed to build strength, confidence and ease in your body. And just to be very clear — you do not need to be flexible to practise yoga. Flexibility comes from yoga, not before it. Every body is welcome exactly as it is.

We offer a range of beginner-friendly yoga classes designed to support you at different times of the week, whether you’re looking for steady movement, a slower pace, or a gentle start to the day. All classes are taught in small groups, creating a calm, welcoming space where you can feel supported and move at your own pace.

Each class has its own focus and feel, allowing you to choose what best suits your body and energy levels.

Our Flow Yoga classes are beginner-friendly vinyasa sessions that follow the same sequence throughout the month. This consistency helps you build confidence, improve strength and flexibility, and notice progress over time — without the pressure of remembering something new each week.

Slow Flow & Stretch is a yin-inspired yoga class with a slower pace and longer, nourishing stretches. This class blends gentle flow with elements of yin yoga, offering more time to settle into poses, release tension and unwind midweek.

Ease & Awaken is a gentle morning class focused on breathwork, slow movement and waking the body up gradually. With minimal transitions and a relaxed atmosphere, this class is ideal for easing into the day and preparing both body and mind for the week ahead.

No matter which class you choose, all sessions are beginner friendly, thoughtfully guided and designed to help you feel comfortable, confident and supported.

Every class includes:

Gentle breathwork and moments of stillness to help you arrive and settle
Mindful movement with clear guidance and options for all levels
• Time to explore poses in a supportive, accessible way
A nourishing savasana usually over 5 minutes long, allowing your nervous system to rest, integrate and reset

These classes are suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone looking for a supportive, small-group yoga practice in a calm and friendly environment.

These classes are inclusive, unpretentious and supportive — perfect for complete beginners, returners to yoga, or anyone wanting to move mindfully without pressure or comparison.

Sound Healing

My sound healing sessions are an invitation to fully let go.

After guiding you into a gentle meditation, you’ll relax onto your mat, eyes closed, as I begin playing the crystal singing bowls, helping you drift deeper into your inner world. From there, I weave in a variety of instruments — including drums, shakers and chimes — moving around the room so the sounds wash over you from different directions.

As the session comes to a close, I’ll softly guide you back out of meditation. You’ll then be invited to pull an oracle card and take home a flower, a small reminder of your journey and the space you created for yourself.

No movement, no experience required — just come as you are and rest.

Retreats

I also offer day and half-day retreats, lovingly designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect. Expect a nourishing blend of yoga, meditation, sound healing and spacious moments to simply be — perfect if you’re craving a deeper exhale.

  • “I had tried the odd yoga session before Andrianna’s classes but hadn’t managed to stay consistent. With these classes it’s a different story. I’m a man approaching 60, so I know it’s important to stretch. I love cycling, go to the gym pretty regularly and go on the odd run. Adding Andrianna’s classes into my week has been great. The relaxed beginners focus is really welcoming and good fun. Nothing scary. I’m really feeling the benefits of being consistent with two classes a week and will be continuing. I can thoroughly recommend Andrianna as your yogi if you’ve been thinking you want to give yoga a try. Give it a go!”

  • “Andrianna’s yoga sessions are a joyful blend of fun and zen. She makes you feel totally at ease wherever you’re at on your yoga journey. Whether you’re a newbie, or slightly more experienced, she cares and caters for every person in her classes, wanting people to feel their best. As well as playing around with some of the more advanced poses and just having fun, she finishes the class with the most peaceful and calming moment of rest. I come away from Andrianna’s classes feeling lighter and happier.”

  • “As a 46-year-old rugby and cricket playing male with with a bad back and knee I was skeptical about yoga. My wife had been urging me to try La Lune Yoga & Wellness to help with my back and stress levels and after trying it last week I was left wondering why didn’t I do this sooner?”

  • “I was apprehensive - new group, new techniques, bottoms in the air, exposed positions, self conscious, load of mumbo jumbo. Not a bit of it! I was put completely at ease from the off with great advice of take adaptions where needed but most importantly to listen to my body and leave my ego at the door! Once I saw the compact studio and realised there is no one behind you, my self consciousness melted away.”

    Andy B

  • “The class itself was transformative. A good warm up to begin with, before moving into the main poses for which I found myself not even noticing others in the room and just an odd feeling of focusing on myself. I struggled to keep my eyes open and didn’t need to for large parts as the instructions were so good and easy to decipher and visualise. There was no pressure to perform or hold poses fully or for longer than was comfortable and the hour flew by. I left feeling light, stretch and rejuvinated. The following morning I woke up without the usual stifness and cracking in my back and neck. I genuinely slept better than I have in years and my quality of life has been improved already! I’m definitely coming back to La Lune Yoga & Wellness to keep building strength and flexibility.”

  • “Andrianna’s yoga class was just what I needed for both mind and body after a busy day. She guides you calmly and unhurredly through the poses, offering options for entry levels of flexibility and experience. There is just the right balance of effort and relaxation. I left the mat feeling looser, lighter and re-energised.”

  • “Having attended quite a few classes now, I have come to realise that La Lune Yoga and Wellness only has one requirement: come as you are. I believe this to be a direct reflection of its creators’ ethos and values. Andrianna will welcome you with open arms and would be honoured to have you in her class. The space she creates for her yogis is void of judgement and is naturally charged on self-exploration, authenticity, and kindness. In simpler terms; you are supported here no matter your age, gender or activity level. Her classes have brought me enjoyment, some much needed stretches, and above all: laughter and a great sense of belonging. I have made new friends, and have learnt a lot. It is a pleasure to be included, and I know you’d feel the same after a class. Give it a go, Andrianna is beyond worth it.”
